Origin & Grape Varieties
Charles Mignon is a family-owned Champagne house located in Épernay, France. The Premium Réserve Brut is a non-vintage Champagne crafted from a blend of:
-
55% Pinot Meunier
-
25% Chardonnay
-
20% Pinot Noir
Approximately 15% of the blend comes from reserve wines aged in a solera system, contributing depth and consistency. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats and is aged on lees for 18 to 24 months, with a dosage of 9 g/L to preserve its freshness and fruit character.
