Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color, image, or bottle design will be completely accurate.

3. Age Restriction
All orders must be placed by persons aged 18 years or over. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the alcohol purchased is for a person aged 18 or over.

4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh). We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing errors at any time. All products are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase.

5. Delivery Area
We currently only deliver within Nairobi and its environs. Orders placed for delivery outside this area will not be fulfilled and will be refunded.

6. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day and delivered the following day.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
