Delivery Information

Delivery Area:
We are delighted to offer delivery within Nairobi and its immediate environs. Please note that we cannot currently deliver to locations outside this area.

Delivery Fees:

• Contact us for a quote for deliveries to specific environs.

Delivery Times:

• Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be delivered the same day (subject to stock availability and routing).

• Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day for delivery the following day.

• Deliveries are typically made between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Order Processing:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Age Verification:
Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to provide proof of age (National ID, Passport) to confirm they are 18 years or older. We cannot release the order without successful age verification.
