Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy
At Le Decanter, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we adhere to the following policy:
Damaged or Faulty Products:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a bottle that is damaged, corked, or otherwise faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@ledecanter.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and for the return of the incorrect item.
Change of Mind:
Due to regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been delivered correctly and are in perfect condition unless required by law.
Please note: By processing your order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the recipient of the alcohol is also at least 18 years of age and will not be driving under the influence.
