Veuve Ambal Brut is a Crémant de Bourgogne from the Burgundy region of France.
It is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method and is aged on lees to develop complexity and a fine mousse.
