Tasting Notes: Colourless. On the nose, very expressive with floral aromas, warm tones and a fine peppery nuance. On the palate: full and mellow, with floral notes reminiscent of aromatic marshmallow and exotic blossoms. Alcohol content around 18% ABV.

Pairings: Ideal for use in cocktails where you want a subtly exotic, botanical twist; works well with vodka or gin, fresh citrus (lime or lemon), and light sparkling mixers. Also suitable for a chilled neat serve over ice for something light and aromatic.
