Origin: France (Burgundy region)
Tasting Notes: Deep garnet colour with intense aroma of ripe blackcurrants. On the palate it is rich and fruity, sweet yet balanced, with a lasting finish of dark berry fruit.
Pairings: Ideal on its own or over ice, also excellent when used in classic cocktails (such as a kir), with sparkling wine or white wine, or drizzled over desserts such as ice cream or cheesecake.
