Vedrenne Elderflower syrup

Origin: France (Burgundy)

Tasting Notes: Light golden colour. Aroma of fresh elderflowers with soft citrus and blossom hints. On the palate – mildly sweet, floral and fragrant, with a touch of muscat/lychee-type fruitiness and a clean finish. 

Pairings / Uses: Ideal for cocktails and mocktails that need a delicate floral twist; perfect with gin or sparkling wine, in lemonades and iced teas, or as a flavour boost in desserts and ice creams.
