Tasting Notes: On the nose there are aromas of pear, white fruit, dried yellow plum, and hints of orange peel, sandalwood and white pepper. On the palate: fruit in syrup (pear, mirabelle plum), quince, subtle cardamom and oak. Finish: fresh structure and good balance. 

Pairings / Serving Suggestions: Best sipped neat or with a splash of water to open up the fruit and spice aromas. Can also be used as a refined option in whisky-based cocktails for a French twist.
