Vedrenne Grapefruit Cream

Origin: France (Burgundy region)

Tasting Notes: Pale pink or salmon-hued spirit. On the nose: fresh pink grapefruit zest, vibrant and citrusy. On the palate: tangy and juicy pink grapefruit flavour, a touch of bitter orange peel, and a smooth clean finish.

Pairings: Ideal in cocktails that benefit from a citrusy, slightly bitter edge—excellent with gin, vodka or light rum, paired with tonic or soda, or mixed into a sparkling wine-based spritz. Also works as a bright after-dinner sip on its own.
